Morning Deads – Gym needed

Bench Jumps x 100

Deadlift x 20 – 3 sets

Rest 2 min.

Deadlift x 10 – 3 sets

Rest 2 min.

Deadlift x 5 – 3 sets

Note. Bench jumps are 100! don’t miss one… On your deads increase the weights on the lower reps.
