Chest and Back pump – Gym needed

Bench press x 10 – 3 Sets

Cable Cross Over x 10 – 3 Sets

Dumbbell Pull over x 10 – 3 Sets

Plyo Pushups x 10 – 3 Sets

Rest 10 sec. Between sets
Rest 1 min. between each exercise.

Supine Row x 10 – 3 Sets

Seated Cable Row x 10 – 3 Sets

Pullups x 10 – 3 Sets

One Arm Row x 10 – 3 Sets

Rest 10 sec. Between sets
Rest 1 min. between each exercise

Abs Tabata – one arm crunch lift, one arm crunch right, both arm crunch, leg raises
