Try this 4 rounds “Guerilla” circuit training. Rowing should be as fast as possible so you feel tired with next moves. Plank for recovery to next round. Rest 2 min. Between rounds

Row 30 sec, pullups 15, thrusters 10, DB 25, plank 40 sec
