blend sneaker taste


Tried a new blend today and the taste went amazing sneakers like.

So you going to blend:

1 banana.
1 fat free milk.
1 table spoon of beanut butter.
1 tea spoon of dark chocolate powerder.
30 gram of vanilla whey protein.
1 table spoon of wheat germs.

Blend for 30 with ice and enjoy the moment 😉
