Mobile App for training

I’ve downloaded this cool app for Interval training.


it helps me with time settings and rounds and you can achieve your training target effeciently.


Now Interval training is basically exercise which consists of activity at high intensity for a period of time, followed by low intensity exercise for a period of time. These ‘sets’ are repeated.

It helps me burn fat at faster rate and shape my body faster than any exercise. I recommend doing Interval training using thia app.
